After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not mean that your order has been dispatched.
Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch-confirmation email, unless we expressly confirm acceptance at an earlier stage.

Orders move into preparation quickly. We will always try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing has begun.
If we are unable to stop an eligible standard item before dispatch, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 6 — Prices, promotions and payment
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed when you place your order and confirmed in your order-confirmation email.
Product prices include any taxes that are required to be included. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, customs charges, import duties or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these charges apply and are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information.
Payment must be completed when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment-card details.
Section 7 — Shipping and delivery
Some items require a short preparation period before dispatch.
Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will always try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If a parcel needs to be sent again because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional delivery costs may apply.
TOKO Clothing remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or to another person nominated by you, unless you independently arrange a delivery service that was not offered by us.
Unless we have agreed a different delivery timeframe with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days.

Section 8 — Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
For ordinary returns, including change-of-mind and sizing returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless stated otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us so that we can review the issue and confirm the appropriate next step.
Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the correct return instructions and returns address by email.
Do not send items to our business correspondence address unless we have confirmed this in writing. Sending an item to an unconfirmed address may delay the processing of your return.
For eligible standard items purchased online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. After notifying us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.
Certain personalised or customised items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. Any relevant restriction will be explained clearly on the individual product page before purchase.
